If you are using Mozilla Firefox, it is possible to display all open tabs in a group view, where each tab is represented as a thumbnail. Since version 9 of Internet Explorer, it is quite possible to do the same.
To get the same with Microsoft browser, open Internet Explorer 9 (or 10 in desktop version). Click on the wheel icon located at the top right of the window and then opt to Internet Options.
On the tab General, in the part Tabs, click on the button Settings.
Check the box Enable mosaic preview (CTRL + Q) then do OK. Restart Internet Explorer.
Open multiple tabs and press the keyboard shortcut CTRL+Q to get the mosaic preview.
While this view is rather convenient to have a global overview of its open tabs (especially when you open several tens at a time), it is a pity that it does not go as far as the one proposed by Firefox, and that Microsoft did not assign a quick access button to the keyboard shortcut, which should not be overlooked because it is widely used by blind people.
