Little novelty of Outlook 2013: the weather in the calendar! A rather nice and practical option that we will reveal to you all its configuration options.
Add a location for the weather forecast of Outlook 2013
Start by accessing the Outlook Calendar view by clicking on Calendar via the quick access links located at the bottom left of the window.
Then click on the city already configured at the level of the weather zone and do Add rental (add a location).
Enter the name of the desired city, do Entry then select the right result from the list of proposals.
Tip : fly over the weather of the day (Today) to display additional information.
Modify Temperature Unit for Outlook 2013
To do this, click on File to open the Office menu, then on Options.
In the options window, click on the tab Calendar (Calendar). In the part Weather (Weather) located at the bottom, check the following boxes:
- Show weather on the calendar : Display time in the calendar;
- Show temperature in Celsius : Show temperature in degrees Celsius.
Your weather is now correctly configured in Outlook 2013.
Wow! what a practicability! I only hope this is Smartphone compatible such as the Galaxy Note 2.
