Windows Live is Microsoft’s mainstream multimedia suite that includes Live Messenger, Movie Maker, Live Mail and Photo Gallery. However, for a reason x or y you want to change the language used in the whole suite: but how do I do it? Answer in 2 minutes time!
Start by opening the start Menu, enter Control Panel and do Entry. In the Control Panel window in display mode Great icons, click on Windows Live Language Parameter.
In the drop down list, click on the language of your choice. If it is not installed, it will automatically download from the net.
Wait a few seconds, and validate by OK.
A trick that can be very useful when you‘re abroad or to troubleshoot someone who doesn’t speak our language.

I tried this solution, but I have an error message that says “no internet connection”. Yet I have an internet connection, and I even turned off the firewall to be sure.
